Environmental stewardship is a core part of our mission. IONIC implements pollution prevention and energy-saving practices across its fleet and office operations. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use. IONIC vessels are dry ships—no alcohol is allowed onboard under any circumstances. Drug or alcohol use, possession, or trafficking results in immediate dismissal and legal action. All crew and staff undergo regular and unannounced testing in accordance with industry and client requirements. Prescribed medication is allowed only under medical supervision. Safety and sound judgment are critical to our operations.
